OUR RETURN POLICY 30 DAY AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We are committed to presenting high quality products, and providing the best shopping experience. We are sure you will love your floor. In the case of possible product defects, our industrial warranty provides you with full coverage (please see the specific warranty for your flooring). If you receive your order and decide you don't want your floor for whatever reason
before the material is installed or the packaging is opened, we will arrange for the product to be picked up and returned to us. If returned within 30 days, you will receive a full refund, minus the cost of sending the product back. For your return, you can use your own shipping provider, or we can arrange return shipping at our rates.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR RETURNS
Floor has not been installed, cropped, damaged, opened, repackaged, or altered in any way. Floors must have been properly stored under normal living conditions, between 32° - 110°F, and not exposed to the elements. NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. All returns must first be authorized by our team.
Please contact us by calling (021) 22767136 or by sending an email to email@example.com. A Return Authorization (RA) will be issued to you. You must confirm the return by email before the pick-up is scheduled. You will receive detailed instructions on how to repack and prepare your pallet. Refunds are processed within 10-14 days of receipt of item. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipment has been palletized and secured before shipping back. Please pack returns carefully so they arrive in original condition. Please note that manufacturing damages and claims are not covered by this return policy. Manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty, which varies by product.
